Thibault Gilardoni is the Senior Partner Manager at Odigo. The journey which led him to Odigo began with an early passion for technology and time studying law and business management. After his studies Thibault spent 12 years in consulting, during this time he quickly specialised in customer relations issues and then data intelligence, optimising customer experiences with interaction data analytics.
In 2020 after working closely with many SaaS providers he decided to join the industry. Odigo, as a European leader was the clear choice. Thanks to his experience Thibault brought with him an analytical, detail-orientated approach, creative business strategies and networking skills, making him ideally suited to working with Odigo’s technology partners. Responsible for developing relationships with Workforce Optimisation vendors, CRM editors or Artificial Intelligence and Automation providers, Thibault has also retained links with his past by managing Odigo’s partnerships with system integrators and advisors.
With a drive to enable the most complex and ambitious organisations to provide outstanding customer experiences and being on the cutting edge of innovation in a hub of different technologies, Thibault takes pride in making time to gather a deeper technical understanding of the solutions and connectors he works with. This allows him to identify the gaps and needs of the market and target them with technology that offers real added value.
The Odigo connectors Thibault often works to promote reflect his own role, acting as a bridge between teams within Odigo and technology partners. This requires a keen awareness of the entire ecosystem and, thanks to his legal studies, a cautious approach to actively prevent the spread of misinformation through fact checking. His experience, technical knowledge and analytical fact-based approach make him an expert in topics which centre on optimising contact centre performance and customer service, whether through integrations, APIs, analytics or synergistic solutions.
