With over 27 years of experience in the ICT industry, Bart Cruyt leads the Belgium & Netherlands business for Odigo. Bart is responsible for driving business growth across the region and ensuring that clients realise measurable value through innovative customer experience technologies.

Bart began his career at Colt Technology Services in 1998 and has spent the past 15 years focused on business development for Odigo in the Benelux region. In his current role, he oversees all sales activities, manages strategic relationships with enterprise customers, and leads the development of the indirect and partner channels. As strong advocate for customer-centric innovation, Bart is passionate about helping enterprises enhance customer relationships through technology. He leads by example, ensuring every Odigo deployment delivers tangible business benefits and a competitive edge.
