Odigo, a European leader in Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions and a pioneer in Customer Experience as a Service (CXaaS), has announced a new strategic partnership with 186Kloud, a UK-based specialist in cloud communication and customer experience technology. The collaboration marks another strong milestone in Odigo’s growing partner momentum in the UK, following the relaunch of its Partner Programme earlier this year.
This new partnership further strengthens Odigo’s expanded UK market strategy this year, which includes the introduction of Odigo Essential (its mid-market CCaaS offering) and CXaaS (Customer Experience as a Service) solutions designed to deliver greater flexibility for organisations with evolving customer service needs.
As part of the agreement, 186Kloud will offer Odigo’s recognised CCaaS and CXaaS platforms within its customer experience portfolio — enabling UK businesses to modernise how they manage customer interactions across voice, digital and AI-powered channels. Together, the organisations combine Odigo’s enterprise-grade, secure and compliant contact centre solutions with 186Kloud’s strong consultancy and implementation expertise.
This partnership also comes at a significant moment for Odigo, following its recent acquisition of Akio, a move that reinforces Odigo’s commitment to innovation and strengthens its CX capabilities across Europe.
