Odigo announces a change in its governance in agreement with the members of the Board and our main shareholder, the Seven2 investment fund, and in the interests of agility and performance, adjustments have been made to support the achievement of the 2025 plan. This decision was reached with mutual respect and a shared commitment to ensuring the seamless continuity of Odigo’s strategy. To oversee this transition, François-Xavier Floren, Odigo’s former CEO and current Chairman of the Board, will play a pivotal role, bringing his in-depth knowledge of the company to guide the management team through the execution of the strategic plan.
To further strengthen our leadership and ensure the effective delivery of our goals, Javier Llosa, Country Manager Spain, and Jean-Michel Breul, CTO, have been appointed as co-CEOs. This dual governance structure reflects Odigo’s commitment to its two core pillars: growth and innovation. Together, they will drive the development and adoption of our solutions in the CCaaS market. Additionally, we are delighted to welcome Antonie Tartary as Chief Revenue Officer for France and Benelux. His extensive expertise will accelerate business development and foster deeper connections with our customers and partners.
