As 2020 has come to an end, we have compiled a video of some of the defining moments and milestones we’ve experienced this year.
We put this video together to celebrate the successes of 2020, and the people that made them possible. Too much has happened this year to include everything, but we’ve showcased some of the moments that had the greatest impact on us as a team: growing our company, moving our headquarters, adapting to remote work, reinventing our workspace and receiving recognition from Gartner and ISG as CX leaders.

The Association des Donneurs de Voix has a mission: recording and distributing audiobooks free of charge to people with disabilities. Soon their library will be enriched by the voices of Odigo team members. More than 50 Odigo employees recently volunteered to record an audiobook together, while Odigo supported the NGO financially with a donation.

Odigo is now a partner for Google Cloud's Contact Center AI (CCAI) solution. Odigo sales teams will work with Google Cloud to help existing and new clients to develop individual AI solutions for their specific CX needs. Access to Google Cloud’s AI technology makes Odigo’s solutions available to more people across the globe than ever.

This December the people of Odigo brought their values to life in four NGOs, sharing insights with the organizations’ leaders or coaching young people just starting their careers. Volunteers appreciated the chance to meet NGOs and learn about their activities, and the NGOs gained new perspectives on pressing challenges.
