Odigo confirms and extends its certification as a “Great Place to Work” company. In the fall of 2022, 87% of Odigo employees in all countries took the time to complete the Trust Index© survey prepared by the Great Place To Work Institute (GPTW), an independent organization and a leading player in the field of quality of work life. The result in the UK: 70% of employees consider Odigo a Great Place to Work and the average of the positive responses rate to the Great Place To Work® Methodology questions is up to 80%.
This success is based on a high level of employee participation, with an increase of 5 points compared to the previous survey, but also on the excellent scores obtained. We have made progress in all areas evaluated by Great Place to Work: friendliness, fairness, respect and credibility.
In the key figures for the UK we can note:
Initiated first in 2019 in France, the first GPTW initiative had notably led to the creation of a dedicated culture team and the establishment of a “network of ambassadors” spread across each site and team. Thanks to this approach, many initiatives have been launched, such as our onboarding program and completely redesigned training courses, a myriad of internal events and Engagement Days to support charity actions.
In 2022, the objective of the GPTW approach was twofold:

Beyond the satisfaction of having such positive feedback, Odigo intends to rely on its “network of ambassadors” to use this wealth of information to identify and define the next steps in its improvement plan.
