In 2019, Odigo became an independent company. It is a French company, a solutions provider with values that we uphold and that are reflected on a local level. We are open, committed and human, so it was an obvious choice for us to ensure that our employees feel good about working at Odigo. Our first Great Place to Work certification led us to a continuous improvement process of the employee experience.
With this in mind, we created an internal network of around 30 ambassadors, at each site and in each team, dedicated to developing the company culture and implementing a continuous improvement plan. Our aims were to gather feedback from employees, create relationships, encourage conviviality and fun, but also to standardise managerial practices and build a complete integration program for newcomers.
Today, Odigo is a Great Place to Work in Spain and the UK for the first time, and in France for the second consecutive year!
Overall participation in the Trust Index© survey prepared by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute, an independent organisation and a leading player in the field of quality of work life, was very high. 87% of Odigo employees from all countries took the time to respond. 76% consider Odigo to be a good place to work. 75% responded positively or very positively to all questions and we made progress on 4 of the 5 pillars of the survey.
In 2022, Odigo France was also awarded Best Workplace France in the category of companies with 250 to 1,000 employees, the highest level of recognition for a company’s quality of work life.
Among the areas that our employees appreciate most: integration, work environment, conviviality, autonomy, trust and flexibility. For more than three years, we have been working in close collaboration with all our teams to develop and maintain a common culture that is similar to the one at Odigo’s central French site. We are very proud of the progress we have made. This new Great Place to Work certification is a reward for our efforts. We intend to continue our efforts and to offer an ever-improving employee experience.
