A culture of transparency and feedback 

As a candidate, you’ll be supported throughout the process by the Talent Acquisition team, with clear communication at every stage. Whether the outcome is positive or not, each final interview is followed by a feedback session. On the employee side, every month we take the pulse of our teams through a survey, which is then shared. You’ll also take part in the major rituals that mark the life of the company: annual kick-offs, monthly webcasts, and Q&A sessions with the board, with a policy of transparency and zero taboos.

🎙 Une dizaine de collaborateurs Odigo volontaires ont enregistré la première partie du livre “Le Scandale du Siècle, écrit par Gabriel Garcia MARQUEZ. 

Odigo est fier de soutenir depuis 3 ans l'association des Donneurs de Voix qui enregistre des livres audios et les met à disposition gratuitement aux personnes
empêchées de lire. Plus de 60 collaborateurs Odigo se sont engagés pour devenir donneur de voix le temps de l'enregistrement d'un livre audio collectif au profit des bénéficiaires de l’association 📚
