At the beginning of July 2022, all Odigo employees in the Paris region moved into their new headquarters, Metal 57 in Boulogne-Billancourt. This building is a 37,000 sqm complex, with 8 floors in total, of which the Odigo teams occupy the 7th and 8th, spread over 2,500 sqm.
An emblematic place, Métal 57 is part of the city’s development and symbolizes its industrial memory. A professional space combining conviviality, culture, well-being and biodiversity, the building has been the subject of a global ecological approach since its renovation, including dedicated facilities. As proof of the commitment of its designers, Métal 57 has been awarded the BiodiverCity Construction label at the performance level and other environmental certification processes are underway.
This social and environmental approach to building was a determining factor in Odigo’s choice of new premises. Indeed, it echoes the Group’s values, such as commitment and humanity, that motivate our employees on a daily basis. From its green roof to its facilities in terms of soft mobility, Metal 57 is in line with the meaning that the company gives to its way of working.
As Odigo’s main objective is to facilitate the daily life of its employees, the emphasis has been placed on collaborative workspaces that encourage exchanges and allow people to work in a friendly atmosphere: benchs, coworking spaces, bubbles and meeting rooms.
Within Metal 57, employees benefit from various services offered: a food court with 6 different kiosks for lunch, an inter-company restaurant, a fitness area, a concierge and of course, the wooded terrace, designed to be a haven of tranquility.
